If you call ahead (minimum 1hr, but ideally as much notice as possible) and let us know the order details, we will prioritise your loading ahead of unbooked drivers.

Please note our team will also advise if your planned time is busy i.e. if you want to come tomorrow at 1pm but we have 4 large orders already in, you will need to wait, sorry – but we will advise of more suitable times for collection.

Without both codes we cannot release the goods to you!

Order Makeup:

Orders are palletised, please refer to the information from Order Management as to the size and quantity of pallets.

Our loading agreement is FCA.

Most orders contain hazardous chemicals and are packed in accordance with ADR/ IATA/ IMDG regulations. You should be ADR trained, or have received chemical hazard awareness training.

Please also note that if the consignment is to be consolidated on an international vehicle (for sea freights) the driver must sign Box 15 of the DGN (a UK consolidation does not require a signature in Box 15). Please speak to Belzona Order Management if you require further clarification.

Belzona Limited are a Known Consignor and recommend a Regulated Agent is used to collect airfreight goods.

Excluding bank holidays – please note around Christmas time it will be a reduced service, but we can still accommodate collections – please call in advance and speak to Order Management.

Suitable Vehicles and conditions of loading:

We will load goods onto the collection vehicle, but please note that we reserve the right to reject loading for the following reasons:

Inappropriate collection vehicles for the goods being collected, for example:

• Flat bed vehicles which do not offer any protection to the goods (N.B. tarpaulin coverings are not considered sufficient protection)
• Light Commercial Vehicles i.e. Sprinter/Transit Vans are not considered appropriate for Multi Pallet orders and we will only load a single pallet through the back doors. We will not “shunt” orders through into the back or load through the side doors. If you require further clarification please contact our Export Order Management Team
• “double decker” type curtainsiders
• Leaky/Perforated/Dirty Intermodal Shipping containers or curtainsiders/trucks/HGVs
• Insufficient space - The above information advises on the number of pallet spaces required - please ensure sufficient pallet spaces available. Our pallets/goods are non-stackable.
• Inadequate access (we will not move around other customer’s goods)

Other useful site information:

• Hi-Vis clothing and safety shoes must be worn in the warehouse and service yard
• FLTs and pedestrians work in our service yards, please be aware of this when entering the yard
• Our drivers will ask for your keys whilst loading - this is for their safety
• We are a COMAH site. No smoking in your cab, or in our yard - staff will happily show you where the smoking area is
• Mobile phones are not permitted in our warehouse
• Please note that if our Flexi FLTs are being used elsewhere on site e.g. unloading, you may incur a delay
• If you have not agreed in advance a collection slot, you may need to wait if other drivers arrive at the same time. We will aim to minimise your delay
• We have a driver's rest area, with WC and free wifi for your convenience
