Technical Service Engineer
Belzona, Inc. in Miami Lakes, FL seeks Technical Service Engineer to provide technical enquiry service and practical, office and field-based application support in the use of Belzona products for Distributors, Consultants, and customers. Ensure all Application Survey Reports are investigated, deliver timely responses, and assist with production of technical proposals and specifications for all major applications. Develop new application techniques/market opportunities. Organize, monitor, and report on chemical trials of development products; recommend modifications to products from information attained from Distributors and their customers. Perform chemical engineering and failure analysis tests of products that are to be exposed under conditions never tested before. Create and deliver technical presentations on existing and new products to distributors and consultants during on-site training seminars. Occasional domestic and international travel to visit distributor sites, attend trade shows and other training opportunities in North & Latin America, UK, and Asia (approximately 6 times per year; 1-7 days per trip).
Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (or foreign equivalent).
